Walk to Read in 2011-2012

This year in first grade, we are implementing "Walk to Read." Your student may be a "traveler" for reading instruction as we will be matching them with other students and teachers who will best meet his or her reading strengths and needs.

The New Words section or reading subject information is for students who travel to or stay in my room during the Walk to Read time. All of the other subjects mentioned on this blog are for homeroom students.

You will be getting much more information about Walk to Read, but if you have any concerns, feel free to ask me!
